LinkedIn's Future of Recruiting report tells us that 81% of talent professionals agree virtual recruiting will continue past COVID. And that 70% of talent professionals say virtual recruiting will become the new standard. Stating that “Companies have dabbled with video interviewing and remote assessments in the past, but the lockdown realities of COVID-19 have sparked them to create an end-to-end virtual recruiting process for the first time. And they’re both noting and embracing the cost and time savings that that change has brought with it. So, in the same way that a hybrid workforce of onsite and remote employees will become the standard, a hybrid hiring process that combines virtual and in-person elements will become the norm.” (LinkedIn)

PwC's Future of Recruiting survey found that 49% of candidates had turned down a job offer because of a poor recruiting experience. To avoid that fate when conducting recruiting and onboarding virtually, you can’t just move old strategies online. You need a new, digital-first approach. Success will set your company up to be an employer of choice in a world of hybrid work. (PWC)

Combine this with our own Virtual Fair quarterly activity reports that continue to beat all expectations. Naturally, we think Virtual Recruitment is here to stay and Virtual Fairs are no exception. We have seen an unprecedented rate of HR tech adoption over the past 12 month, as the wealth of fantastic resources, partners and new tools out there continues to grow.
