NTU Students' Union (NTUSU) partners with SeeMeCV to support virtual club community management
06 August, 2020
The NTU Students' Union is working in partnership with SeeMeCV, providing a platform for all students to view and interact with all clubs and societies within NTU, a fantastic evolution of how to manage student communities. This is the first time the SeeMeCV Virtual Fair solution is being used in this way.
Having successfully conducted training sessions with over 200 club representatives, the clubs (exhibitors) are now able to access and set-up their own virtual booths and engage with their existing and potential members. The intuitive self-service nature of SeeMeCV has allowed for this partnership to be fast-tracked and delivered in record time.
The fair will take place on Tuesday 11 August, through to Friday 14 August as part of the NTUSU Welcome Week, offering the chance to connect with clubs all the way from the Japanese Appreciation club, to the NTU Wakeboard club. This is especially important for the incoming freshmen, who will not have the chance to physically be introduced to these clubs and societies due to safe management restrictions, but will at least be allowed to begin their university lives through virtual interaction with the various clubs through this platform.
"Events such as these only cement the need for more virtual engagement opportunities, especially within the undergraduate space. It has been great to see such proactive use of our tool by the student communities themselves. We hope that by witnessing this driving force of fellow students creating such a virtual space to connect and engage will only encourage graduate employers to use and leverage virtual fair platforms such as ours to attract and engage with future talent." SeeMeCV representative.
